How it is calculated

Conversion rate = target actions ÷ visitors × 100%. The same formula as overall site conversion — here it's applied to one specific landing page instead of the whole site.

The gap between a single landing page's conversion and the whole site's conversion is telling: a page built for a specific traffic source and offer usually converts above the site average, because it isn't diluted by visitors from other sections with different intent.

The metric only counts whether the goal was reached, not which traffic source drove it — if several channels feed the same landing page with different audience quality, the overall conversion rate can mask big differences between them.
