How it is calculated

Annual income = monthly salary × 12 + annual bonus + quarterly bonus × 4. The calculation adds up all the regular components of an employee's income for the year into one figure, handy for comparing offers with different pay structures.

If the employee also has KPI bonuses tied to hitting a target, or a bonus expressed as a percentage of salary rather than a fixed amount, it's more accurate to compute those separately first (e.g. with the KPI bonus or bonus from salary calculator) and plug the result into the quarterly or annual bonus field here.

The metric is gross income before tax — if you need the take-home amount, the annual income computed here can be converted with the gross → net salary calculator at the applicable tax rate.
