How it is calculated
Monthly cost = number of employees × card cost per employee + bank's fixed fee. A payroll project is usually priced per serviced card plus a separate fixed fee for connecting to the salary payment service itself.
Some banks offer free card servicing for employees once the company's payroll project reaches a certain turnover — if that applies to you, enter the actual card cost as 0 and keep only the fixed fee so the calculation is accurate.
This cost is the company's bank servicing expense, separate from payroll itself — it doesn't include payroll taxes and contributions, which are computed separately with the department payroll or employee cost calculator.
